This new version fixes some issues:
- #358 - Plus and minus buttons are inverted
- #357 - Power control not changing relay output at shutdown
- #356 - Rough leveling cancels preheat bed temp setting
IMPORTANT: In version 6.0.0, I have inverted by mistake the + and - buttons on the different screens. They are now back on their correct position (- on the left, + on the right) as they were in previous versions of the firmware.

- The User Manual is mostly up to date but I will provide more information regarding some topics.
