Trouble flashing firmware

I am having trouble flashing firmware for my Wanhau Duplicaror I3 plus. When I try to flash the firmware in Cura it doesn’t recognise that there is a printer connected. Then I tried to flash with Arduino IDE and it gave me this error messages. Thanks for reading it.

This looks like an issue with your computer. Which operating system do you have? Were you able to print using the USB port before (with Cura for example)?

Hey thanks for trying to help. I am using Windows 10 and I could print via USB in Cura.

It looks like you select the port COM5 in Arduino IDE. Are you sure it is the right port?

Sorry For the wait. I have solved it by going to Device Manager and going to Universal Serial Bus Controllers and right clicking the USB and selecting Update Drivers. Thanks for trying to help.
