Thermal Protection error after firmware update

I get the following error message:

6410dbcd-290e-40ce-ab26-0da9630e1525

What does that mean?

Thank you

It means that either you are in a very cold place/country or that your printer has a hardware problem. It could be the cable to the thermistor. Check that it is not cut.

Technically, it means the firmware has received a bed temperature under 5 degrees Celsius.

I found the mistake.

Thank you

The stock firmware has no protection. It means that in this case, the printer will continue to heat, heat until… who knows? Maybe ADVi3++ has saved your home.
